Strategic Account Director

  • £40,000 - £50,000 basic salary pa DOE
  • Monthly Commission - OTE up to £100k
  • Edinburgh Office
  • Dutch Speaking is desired
  • Hybrid working (3 days in the office)
  • Employee Stock Purchase Program, Paid Volunteer Days, Healthcare Policy, Custom Learning Experience.
  • Previous experience in Technology is essential.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Form strategic, long-term, and value-based relationships with an existing account base comprising of small to enterprise sized MSP’s and Partners.
  • Continuously build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with a high volume of opportunities with the view of closing 6/7 deals per month, with each deal having an average sales cycle of 60-90 days.
  • Efficiently identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within account base/sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to establish a growth plan for each account.
  • Act as a strategic and trusted advisor, adopting a consultative approach to each engagement.
  • Lead on each sales cycle, acting as a bridge between the client and internal technical experts and translate requirements into appropriate solutions, pitching solutions, and closing deals.
  • Utilise your dedicated Partner Success team (2 individuals + 1 solutions architect) to ensure ad-hoc and day-to-day communication and requests are taken care of efficiently and customer satisfaction remains high.

Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a high-volume Sales role within the technology industry is essential.
  • Fluent in Dutch & English is desired.
  • Previous experience in SaaS is desired.
  • Confident in working strategically to grow large, enterprise, complex accounts.
  • Experience working to set targets and KPI’s.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Salesforce experience would be beneficial.
  • UK or Dutch resident, with full rights to work in either territory.
