The platform was built to allow for continuous improvements to match the ever-changing landscape of marketing, providing marketeers with the freedom to concentrate on driving forward results.

The Role:

The successful candidate will play an integral role within the internal marketing team, driving business growth by increasing brand awareness and creating demand, whilst collaborating with the sales & technology teams to ensure cohesivity between outward messaging, product features, and customer behaviour.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of content & PR strategies, continuously optimising and developing where necessary.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and copywriters to create engaging and compelling content. (Social media, PR, & Events).
• Build relationships with the Customer Success team & customers, gaining an understanding of their experiences, motivations, and requirements and use these insights to form content.
• Work closely with the team on planning and executing in-person events, 25+ per year.
• Following a recent rebrand, work closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing devise a strategy to effectively bring this to market.
• Coach and mentor junior members of the internal marketing team (team of 4).

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience within a B2B Marketing generalist role essential.
• Experience in SaaS, Subscription based product, or technology is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of organic and paid media.
• Commercially minded with a deep understanding of how marketing can impact business growth.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and relationship building skills.
• Highly ambitious with a team-centric approach.
