Senior Creative Web Designer

Senior Creative Web Designer

  • Remote/flexible hybrid working
  • Occasional collaboration days in the brand-new Sheffield office
  • £40,000 - £60,000 pa, DOE
  • Rare opportunity to lead the website & LMS design of an established and growing Edu-Tech business!
  • Opportunity to work with emerging design technologies

Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within 1.5 hours of Sheffield. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

Responsibilities…

  • Create captivating designs for website pages across group website and subsidiaries.
  • Create engaging, attractive, and professional designs for the Learner Management System (LMS) used by tutors and client users.
  • Maintain a strong focus on brand consistency and visual identity across all digital platforms.
  • Create mock-ups in Adobe XD and work closely with the development team during the implementation process.
  • Opportunities to create motion-graphics and animations.
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team, ensuring their requirements are met whilst pushing back to ensure brand consistency and best practices are adhered to.
  • Work with the product, marketing, and management teams to understand and review requirements to create briefs for each design.
  • Ensure that designs comply with accessibility standards and best practices.

Skills & Experience…

  • 5+ years in a B2B digital/web designer role is essential.
  • Experience in B2B eCommerce and/or Edu-Tech site design is essential.
  • Ability to provide extensive portfolio of work.
  • Proficiency in the full Adobe Create Suite (including XD) is essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
  • UK resident and unrestricted right to work in the UK.
