B2B Internal Sales Advisor

  • Nottingham
  • £21,000 - £23,000pa + bonuses (£5.5k)
  • 26 days annual leave + bank holidays + regular company socials

  • Answering and responding to incoming calls and emails, qualifying leads, and dealing with any queries.
  • Ensuring quotations and orders are processed within customer SLA’s and manage backorders.
  • Submitting deal registrations to vendors and handling product specification enquiries.
  • Working closely with account management, providing integral support, and building relationships with customers via phone and email.
  • Liaising with the wider business, ensuring an efficient collaboration between the finance, sales, and procurement departments.


  • Have gained administration or business support experience in a B2B environment.
  • Experience using CRM systems, and the ability to pick up new systems.
  • Knowledge and interest in IT hardware and software is beneficial.
  • UK resident and unrestricted right to work in the UK.
