OUR CLIENT:

Is a provider of an innovative platform that gives businesses of all sizes and industries access to real-time data insights and visibility over their automotive fleet, construction machinery, and mobile workforce in one system. The platform is continually evolving in parallel with their client needs, making them an innovator within the industry. The business maintains deep-rooted ethical values which has resulted in excellent reviews from their customers, and high levels of employee satisfaction and retention.

THE ROLE:

  • Supporting and maintaining existing client relationships by always providing excellent and personal customer service.
  • Training customers on the system.
  • Work with the field engineering team on client issues to ensure clients are kept updated and issues are resolves efficiently.
  • Update company CRM system, ensuring all information is accurately recorded.
  • Act as a technical account manager to clients, conducting reviews of their usage/experience of the platform, and offer guidance on how to maximise their return on investment.
  • Work as part of a team, supporting your peers through times of high-pressure.
  • Continuous training on system and operational updates.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Technology related degree, or apprenticeship is desired.
  • Experience within a customer service role, either face-to-face or telephone/email.
  • Excellent customer service skills are essential.
  • Being technology curious & savvy is essential.
  • High levels of attention to detail and organisation skills.
  • Professional approach to work, with the desire to progress.
