Sales Support Executive

  • Leeds Office
  • Part Time - 30 hours per week
  • £26,000 - £30,000 + 5% bonus (pro rata)
  • Hybrid/flexible working (50/50 split)

Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within commutable distance to Leeds. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage SKU activity including inputting new SKUs & uploading imagery to client portals.
  • Ensure SKU information is coordinated and communicated with customers and internal teams.
  • Conduct and report regular stock analysis using customer websites.
  • Develop an understanding of our client’s industry and product offering from competitor research and continuous learning, report valuable insights to the National Account Manager. 
  • Maintain and build relationships with customers, responding to any incoming enquiries and support the National Account Manager with customer demands.
  • Organise and manage samples and raffle prize logistics.
  • General administrative support with data analysis/reporting, client promotional forms, contracts, and NPD launches.
  • Occasional support with customer retail events.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous telephone/email customer service based experience.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail skills, confident in using own initiative.
  • IT Literate; experience with Microsoft Office suite, & VLOOKUP.
  • A forward-thinking and proactive attitude is essential.
  • UK resident with unrestricted rights to work in the UK.
