Sales Executive

  • Leeds – Office Based
  • Up to £28,000 pa DOE (£46k OTE)
  • Uncapped Commission Structure

  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline of prospective customers within the fleet and transport industry by self-generating leads from a range of sources.
  • Contact prospective customers to sell our client’s range of products and services.
  • Arranging and attending video and face to face prospect meetings where required.
  • Take full 360 sales ownership from closing the sale to setting up the account as well as continuous account management (up to 6 months) to maximise potential.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales and KPI targets.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of our client’s industry and the products and services the business has to offer and utilise your understanding to suggest improvements.
  • Accurately record all communications on internal CRM and produce various customer reports.


  • 1-2 years’ sales experience, ideally within the fuel card (or similar) industry.
  • Demonstrable experience of achieving sales targets.
  • Highly driven to maximise earning potential with experience of working towards targets.
  • Are research-oriented and can find innovative ways of engaging with customers.
  • Can quickly and easily build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • An enthusiastic and self-motivated mindset.
  • A strong work ethic with an ability to work autonomously.
  • Hold a mature and independent approach to work.
  • Are a UK resident with unrestricted rights to work in the UK.


Having built a solid reputation across the US and Ireland, our client has expanded to the UK market and has placed themselves in a strong position to continue on this upward trajectory. Primarily a fuel forecourt retailer, our client has established a dedicated fuel card division of the business to service national fleets across the UK.
