Sales Development Representative

We are searching for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join a fast-growing and market-leading provider of a data analytics platform, based in Leeds.

  • £25,000 - £30,000 pa, dependent on experience
  • Monthly Commission
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays (yearly increase)
  • Excellent progression opportunities

Key responsibilities:

  • Use modern lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io) to research and qualify potential prospective clients.
  • Proactively engage with prospective customers through outbound and inbound sales activity.
  • Book qualified appointments for the new business team and build existing accounts.
  • Maintain an active personal brand on LinkedIn through consistent and engaging weekly posting.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed set KPI’s and Targets.
  • Ensure all necessary information is recorded on the internal CRM system.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and engage in performance reviews for continued learning on existing and updated products and services.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team and identify any improvements to increase efficiency and sales output.

Skills, Experience, Behaviours & Competencies:

  • Experience in a telephone-based role.
  • Financially motivated, with a hunger to pursue a successful and lucrative career in sales.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Resilient with the ability to handle objections and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A professional and respectful attitude to all aspects of work.
  • Confidence in communicating with potential customers over the phone.
  • A genuine interest in tech and the community that surrounds it, both locally and nationally.
  • UK resident with unrestricted right to work in the UK.
