Sales Development Representative

Sales Development Representative

  • Leeds – Office Based
  • £25,000 - £30,000pa + 50% OTE
  • Uncapped Monthly Commission
  • 27 Days Holiday (rising by 1 day per year up to 30) + Bank Holidays + 4 Recharge Days
  • Enhanced Benefits Package

Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within commutable distance to Leeds. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Researching prospective B2B clients to evaluate needs and promote our client’s SaaS products and services.
  • Proactively engaging with and building excellent working relationships with prospective clients.
  • Dealing with warm and cold lead calls.
  • Planning and booking quality sales appointments for the Business Development team.
  • Gaining a solid understanding of our client’s product functionality and service offering.
  • Meeting and exceeding set sales targets and KPI’s.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years’ experience in a telephone-based sales role.
  • Target driven, able to work towards sales and KPI targets.
  • Highly proficient in the use of social media as a tool to assist with your sales activity.
  • UK resident and unrestricted right to work in the UK – please note that we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas applicants.
