IT Sales Development Representative

  • Nottingham HQ
  • Hybrid working(1-3 days in the office DOE)
  • Up to £30,000pa DOE
  • Quarterly KPI based bonuses (+£10k)

Using an existing list of 2000+ warm customers with a purchase history from the last 12 months, you will:

  • Research & qualify each client.
  • Reach out to clients by telephone, email, etc.
  • Build & nurture relationships.
  • Identify sales opportunities.
  • Close deals.
  • Pass larger customers/deals to the senior sales team.

The Marketing team will produce quarterly campaigns for specific technologies to send out to customers, you will:

  • Follow up on leads.
  • Identify sales opportunities.
  • Close deals.
  • Pass larger customers/deals to the senior sales team.

Work towards reaching KPIs to receive quarterly bonuses, including but not limited to:

  • Campaign management.
  • Opportunities identified.
  • Pipeline generation.
  • Leads passed over to the senior sales team.


  • 1+ years’ experience in an Outbound Sales role is essential.
  • Previous experience selling Technology, SaaS, or similar is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Commercial mindset with a confident character.
  • Knowledge and interest in IT hardware and software is beneficial.
  • UK resident with unrestricted rights to work in the UK; please note that we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.
