Inside Sales Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) leader who is searching for the next step in their career, to join an innovative and forward-thinking SaaS organisation.

Key Benefits:

  • Up to £40,000 pa, dependent on experience
  • £20,000 OTE (uncapped)
  • Office Based in Tamworth – Flexibility Available

  • 25 days Holiday + Bank Holidays + 1 extra day each year (up to 35 days)


We’re searching for an experienced and dynamic SDR leader to establish, manage, and lead a newly formed Inside Sales team. This team will be responsible for generating leads within new and existing markets, securing appointments for the BDM team, and ultimately developing opportunities to further business growth. As the sales leader, you will be the driving force behind building and motivating this team, whilst leading by example and taking a hands-on approach to actively sell our clients SaaS & web-based solutions.

Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing, coaching, and leading the Inside Sales team; developing a successful, high performing culture.
  • Motivating the team to meet and exceed monthly qualified appointment targets.
  • Achieving set revenue targets through the sale of SaaS-based products.
  • Contributing significantly to product sales, actively selling web-based solutions.
  • Liaising between field-based BDM and the marketing team, ensuring seamless lead conversation.
  • Overseeing the CRM database; ensuring GDPR compliance and accurate data management.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record of success within an SDR or SDR Leadership role.
  • Proficiency in driving revenue growth through strategic sales planning and execution.
  • The ability to liaise with a varying customer based, from fleet managers through to c-suite.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities; demonstrable experience in team building and management.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (MS Dynamics preferred) and understanding of GDPR compliance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • UK resident and unrestricted right to work in the UK.


This role would suit an experienced SDR with a proven history of success who is looking to progress towards leadership, or an existing sales leader with a strong background in delivering exceptional results. Your history of success within your sales career outweighs industry experience and therefore we are looking to speak to candidates who can demonstrate expertise in developing a healthy sales pipeline and driving sales activity.
