Tina Cronin – Credit Manager

Looking for a new job after 16+ years, and in the middle of a global pandemic, was a little daunting. I needn’t have worried too much though as Matt was there to support me all the way! He took time out to understand my CV and capabilities, and also to ensure I was a suitable candidate for the role he was advertising (which a lot of agencies do not do). He was fully supportive throughout the recruitment process, making sure I understood what to expect, and what steps were ahead of me. Fantastic, personal, and very genuine guy.
