I came across Marmion after I went searching for a new job in the IT sector. After speaking on the phone to Matt, he asked me some questions about what I'm looking for and about me. Unlike most recruitment companies they didn't sign me up for any vacancy going, but rather waited and found a vacancy which seemed a right fit for both parties. Managed to get an interview thanks to the help of Janet and Matt, at a place where I could see myself working. Which also matched what I wanted in a job in terms of wage and career progression. Never had much luck with recruitment companies but Marmion was a lot different and a pleasure to work with. Would recommend to anyone.
