Sales Advisor

  • Leeds – Office Based
  • £23,000 pa starting salary (rising to £25,000 pa after 3 months & £27,000 after 6 months, subject to targets)
  • Uncapped Monthly Commission (OTE £40k+ in year 1)
  • £500 per month guaranteed commission for first 3 months after passing probation
  • Monday – Friday, 08:30am – 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound telephone calls to existing and prospective clients.
  • Book in qualified appointments for the Business Development team.
  • Achieving expected targets by securing new business opportunities within various industry sectors.
  • Work towards KPI’s and targets.
  • Building good working relationships with prospects and existing customers to maintain a healthy pipeline of business.
  • Building and maintaining a sound understanding of the products and service offering by engaging in and contributing towards internal training to help strengthen your knowledge.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a customer service/retail/hospitality role with a desire to pursue a professional career in sales.
  • Previous telephone-based experience (desirable)
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong telephone manner, with the confidence to engage with prospective B2B clients and handle any objections.
  • Motivated and self-driven, with a desire to hit and exceed targets.
  • UK resident with unrestricted rights to work in the UK; please note we cannot offer sponsorship for overseas candidates.
