Customer Experience Agent

We are searching for a confident individual with excellent communication skills to join a connected outsourced agency provider as a Customer Experience Agent, based in Harrogate.

  • £23,500 per annum
  • 24 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Excellent Benefits Package (Discounted Gym, 2 paid charity/volunteering days + more)
  • Hybrid working option (3 days in the office)

THE ROLE

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to enquiries via email and via internal systems such as Carwow.
  • Answering inbound customer calls.
  • Completing credit checks accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Executing all administration tasks with high attention to detail.
  • Confidently using software such as Salesforce and CHOL.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, telephone confidence, a genuine ability to connect with individuals, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. This role is likely to suit someone from a hospitality or retail background searching for a move into commercial environment.

  • Experience in a customer-facing environment, such as retail or hospitality.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt, manage, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • The ability to understand the needs of the customer and the company.
  • The ability to take ownership and demonstrate resilience in all aspects of your work.
  • Are a UK resident and unrestricted right to work in the UK.
