An invitation to interview will only happen once you and your Recruitment Consultant have made sure that you understand the role and that you are confident you are right for it. After CV submission and an informal chat, a face-to-face meeting will give us both time to get to know each other better. Only then will we represent you for an interview because we will know you are a great match. So, to get to interview stage, you will already have proven you are a good fit with the potential employer.
We will take you through every step of the interview process, from the basics of knowing who you are meeting and when you meet, to preparing questions and interview tips for the day. And thanks to our great relationships with the employers we recruit for, we will have sufficient insight into their interview process and their individual style of interviewing. This includes what kind of questions they’ll ask you, and how many interviews you can expect to have before an offer is made.
