Support Consultant

We are searching for a Support Consultant to join a leading provider of integration software and services in Leeds.

Key Benefits:

  • Up to £35,000 pa, dependent on experience

The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing business-critical support to customers, focusing on the product and its implementation. You will work on support tickets, liaise with customers, and collaborate with development and implementation teams. You will possess excellent customer service skills and be passionate about technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logging new calls via Freshdesk and resolving queries, whilst liaising with 2nd line support team.
  • Raising licenses and quotes.
  • Updating Salesforce and TaskRay with relevant PO and schedules.
  • Supporting client’s software installation process, upgrades and surrounding technology.
  • Dealing with SQL queries.

Key Skills:

  • Experience of supporting business-critical back-office software in a customer-facing environment.
  • A good understanding of end-to-end support processes.
  • Solid understanding of sales order processing.
  • Demonstrable experience in basic SQL Server queries.
  • UK resident and unrestricted right to work in the UK.

Desirable Technical Skills:

  • Experience supporting or utilising ERP solutions, specifically in supply chain aspects.
  • Understanding of EDI standards.
  • Basic understanding of SOAP and REST web services.
