Software Onboarding Manager

We are searching for a personable and engaging Software Onboarding Manager to join an innovative and forward-thinking provider of fleet and asset management software.

  • Up to £60,000 pa, dependent on experience
  • Company Car/Car Allowance
  • Field Based/Remote – Occasional meetings in Tamworth office
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays + 1 extra day each year (up to 35 days)

Reporting directly into the Implementation Services Manager, you will form a key part of the implementation project delivery team, onboarding new customers whilst overseeing the full project lifecycle.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Simultaneously managing multiple customer projects with varying sizes, complexities and timescales.
  • Collaborating with other departments to deliver the full scope of the project lifecycle, including data migration, implementation and support.
  • Mitigating project risks whilst actively monitoring and managing actions, issues and dependencies.
  • Working on other business critical IT projects as and when the needs of business arise.
  • Identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies and enhance the customer experience.

THE CANDIDATE

Our ideal candidate will display previous experience of managing customer onboarding and software implementation projects. As customer relationships are key to the success of this role, you will be required to spend time meeting with clients face-to-face on a regular basis.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience managing a range of projects, including B2B software implementation.
  • A recognised Project Management qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • Competency with Microsoft Project or equivalent planning tool.
  • Knowledge of the fleet/leasing industry (desirable but not essential).
  • A full driving licence is essential.
