Sales Executive

We are searching for a driven individual with excellent communication skills to join a multi-disciplined outsourced agency provider as a Sales Executive, based in Harrogate.

  • £26,000 per annum
  • 24 days holiday + Bank Holidays

  • Hybrid working available (3 days in the office)

THE ROLE

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business on behalf of one of our client’s automotive customers, by providing qualified leads andarranging appointments for their field sales team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting a minimum of 80 outbound calls per day to prospective customers, building an understanding of their requirements to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Processing Business & Retail customer enquiries via inbound calls and live chat.
  • Securing opportunities by making a minimum of 10 appointments per week for our client’s field-based partners.
  • Achieving daily, weekly and monthly team and individual targets.
  • Recording all customer information and activity on the CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Providing ad-hoc support for the wider business centre during peak times when required.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in a sales or telephone-based role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An enthusiastic and self-motivated mindset.
  • Organised with strong attention to detail and an ability to follow process.
  • The ability to take ownership and demonstrate resilience in all aspects of your work.
  • Are a UK resident and unrestricted right to work in the UK.
