For you, a policy of open communication, ensuring every significant participant has an opportunity to express opinions and concerns is a critical aspect of your management style.

Taking responsibility for making decisions, both large and small and communicating these out to those involved will be a natural part of your management style and informs how you approach successfully delivering projects in time and on budget. You will be familiar with tracking and monitoring each project through the use of PMS software ensuring that tasks and resources are organised effectively, allowing you to update reports and to prepare in advance of meetings etc essential information demonstrating you are in control of each aspect of the projects you and your team are responsible for.
