Operations & Logistics Coordinator

  • Towcester
  • £24,000 - £27,000 pa DOE
  • 23days holiday + bank holidays
  • Monday – Thursday 9am – 5.30pm, Friday 9am-5pm

Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within commutable distance to Northampton. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.


  • Work closely with the Head of Operations & CEO on the operational management of the store/warehouse and team.
  • Proactively manage inventory including receipt, dispatch, and stock of products/machinery.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners and work to optimise distribution processes.
  • Oversee shipping and receiving activities, consistently ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring customer demands are met whilst minimising excess stock.
  • Proactively monitor, analyse, and report on department performance identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to increase efficiency & productivity.
  • Continuous compliance and promotion of health & safety regulations.

Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years’ experience within an Operational Supervisor role, or similar is essential.
  • Previous experience within a Warehouse and/or Store environment, focussing on stock/receipt/dispatch is essential.
  • Experience within the Automotive industry is desired.
  • Must have the ability to manage, develop, and influence internal teams to increase productivity, efficiency, and business revenue.
  • Strong understanding of business performance/financial reporting to drive operational activities.
  • UK resident and unrestricted right to work in the UK – please note that we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas applicants.
