Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within commutable distance to Leeds LS15. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.
Responsibilities…
- Initial training on product range (Promotional Merchandise, Printed Marketing Collateral and Branded Event Products).
- After being trained on the initial product set, respond to incoming customer enquiries and quote requests for these products via email.
- Customise/personalise communication to each enquiry/client, providing excellent customer service and adding value.
- Process approved quotes & orders using the bespoke and easy to use order management system.
- Following processes within the order management system, follow up on quotes, orders and continual customer relationship development.
- Work alongside and with production and designers to ensure client deadlines are met.
- Further training and development on existing and upcoming products/services with the view to work on more incoming enquiries.
- Account Manage your own set of clients built from the enquiries you have responded to, building strong relationships ensuring repeat business.
- General administration tasks where needed.
Skills & Experience…
- It is essential this candidate has 1+ years’ experience working in an office environment.
- A genuine interest in design and product marketing is essential.
- A high-level of computer literacy is essential.
- Previous experience in Marketing, Print or Creative industries is desired but not essential.
- UK resident and unrestricted right to work in the UK – please note that we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas applicants.
