 OUR CLIENT & THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is a well-established, successful, and authorised provider/reseller of technology solutions, hardware, software, and managed IT services. They hold top tier accreditations with all the major vendors and have a vast existing client base comprised of Corporate, Education/Public Sector, Media & Entertainment, and IT Partners. It is an extremely forward-thinking organisation committed to investing in the business to ensure it continues in its upward trajectory of growth and stands out from the competition.

 THE ROLE

We are now searching for an experienced designer to join their team and work on their product marketing portfolio. Alongside another experienced designer, you will create visually stunning and engaging web-designs, banners, emails, brochures, flyers, and event materials, with the goal of driving product exposure and attractiveness to their client base and beyond.

 Responsibilities:

  • Generate exceptional designs for their wide and varied B2B audience.
  • Ensure all work produced is done using the organisation’s brand-guidelines.
  • Using detailed briefs to work on a wide range of design projects, both digital and print, including banners, email, printed flyers, brochures, and event materials.
  • Work closely with internal team including designers and copywriters on campaign activity to prioritise high profile activities.
  • Work within the CMS and marketing automation platform and create email designs using existing templates as well as coding new ones.
  • Due to a varied workload and multiple projects running concurrently, utilise the chosen project management software to; manage workload, prioritise projects as per business objectives, and record activities to provide visibility to the wider-team of progress.
  • Understand the business’ commercial objectives behind the communications and ensure this is considered during each project.
  • Constantly seek efficiencies without compromising quality.

 SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous design experience working across print and digital, either in-house or agency is essential.
  • Being open to working with code is essential, and previous experience with – HTML, CSS and Javascript and the latest web standards and technologies is desired.
  • Excellent grasp of Adobe Creative Cloud, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • High level of organisation, with an eye for detail in all work produced.
  • Team-centric with the ability to support, offer advice and provide ideas to the wider design and marking function.
