Business Development Manager – IT Migration & Transformation

  • £70,000 - £80,000pa DOE
  • Quarterly Uncapped Bonuses (£200k+)
  • Remote / Field Based
  • Supportive Senior Leadership team & excellent working culture.
  • Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident with unrestricted working rights. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Directors to develop a sales strategy in-line with the business’ goals.
  • Drive business growth by meeting and exceeding annual sales targets, delivering year-on-year revenue, gross profit, and total contract value.
  • Pro-active business development activities including prospecting your own leads, utilising pre-existing warm leads, networking, and client visits.
  • Use a consultative approach with each engagement; conduct market research and understand each business with the goal of delivering a tailored and relevant pitch.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by building and maintaining executive relationships with customers, providing strategic direction to ensure long-term retention.

Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years within a Business Development/Pro-active sales role is essential.
  • 4+ years working within a technology solutions/digital transformation business is essential.
  • 4+ years working with B2B & Public Sector clients at Enterprise size is essential.
  • Proven experience of winning multiple multi-million-pound deals is essential.
  • Experience working within the IT Contract market & an understanding of the processes, procedures, and legislations (IR35) desired.
  • Experience with effectively prospecting and managing a pipeline of a varied deal sizes.
  • Confident ability in pitching and presenting to senior stakeholders to win new business.
  • UK resident and unrestricted right to work in the UK – please note that we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas applicants.
