Business Development Executive

  • £23,000 - £26,000pa basic DOE
  • Uncapped Commission - OTE £40k+

The role…

  • Build & maintain client relationships.
  • Generate leads from telephone, LinkedIn, email outreach.
  • Research and source leads, updating the internal CRM.
  • Create and nurture a sales pipeline.
  • Ongoing training and development to progress you in your career.
  • Be a part of a dynamic, supportive, and fun team!

We are searching for…

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in an outbound sales role.
  • Motivated by success and hugely target driven; experience of working towards sales and KPI targets.
  • Individuals who like a challenge.
  • Those that know the importance of professionalism, whilst maintaining their personality!
  • Well organised and supportive characters.
  • UK resident with unrestricted rights to work in the UK; please note we cannot offer sponsorship for overseas candidates.
