Senior Resourcing Consultant

Sophie's role involves:

As a REC qualified Senior Resourcing Consultant, I provide integral administrative and resourcing support to our team of Recruitment and Retention Consultants. Working collaboratively across Marmion, I am also helping to build the Resourcing Function by mentoring junior members of the team.

Prior to Marmion:

I worked full time in the hospitality industry for nearly nine years in different settings from local family run restaurants to corporate chain pubs and hotels, alongside earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with Leadership. I thoroughly enjoyed the years I spent working in the industry but felt ready for a change in career and to step into something new. (and get my weekends back!)
