Trainee Resourcing Consultant

Abbie's role involves:

As Marmion’s first Trainee Resourcing Consultant, I work closely with my colleagues providing integral resourcing and administrative support. I am training to learn how to thoroughly screen applications and utilise the candidate network to source potential candidates to make introductions. I am also continuing with my professional development and undertaking a diploma in recruitment to become an industry qualified consultant.

Prior to Marmion:

Before joining Marmion, I worked for a local family business for four years, working closely with the Directors to carry out review letters for homeless applicants and assisting with local authorities. Alongside this I completed an apprenticeship in Business Administration; I loved this role and how it gave me the opportunity to help people in need. Last year, I was given the opportunity to travel Australia for 4 months, I visited various cities, but my favourite part of the trip was Sydney on New Year’s Eve! When I landed back in England, I decided I wanted to jump back into the administrative field and thought the opportunity with Marmion sounded like the perfect fit to continue my career.
