As a Corporate Social Responsibility Recruitment agency, we don't 'ever' send speculative CVs in the hope of a quick return. Our recruitment activity is not based on numbers, it is based on quality, which is why our Recruitment Consultants are not set targets on the number of CVs sent and interviews arranged.

Instead, to build equally trusted working relationships with the employer and candidate if, based on the information gathered, we have only one candidate we believe is a good fit for the role and the company is a good fit for the candidate, then only one introduction is made. Ultimately, having done our job correctly, we should not be sending more than 3 CVs for final assessment.
